Collage Vivant

I cut out pieces of my own photographs – a smile I once caught, a house front in morning light – and let them meet the things already around me: a cup on the table, a plastic animal in the grass.

With scissors, tape and flashlight, I build a new little world by hand, right there in the room. Nothing is added afterwards. Whatever you see in the image was really there in front of the camera – nothing more, nothing less.
